• Unit 325 is in the Kauai Building, near the north end of the swimming pool.
• It is an oceanfront third-floor studio.
• There is no elevator — guests climb three flights of stairs to reach the unit.

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.
• The lockbox is next to the main entrance of Unit 325.
• Your lockbox code will be sent to you within 48 hours prior to your arrival.
• See Lockbox instructions for how to open and close it.
• Contact Hiroki if you have not received your lockbox code and instructions within 48 hours of check-in: 503-451-5115.

• Checkout is before 11:00 AM.
• Close the lanai door.
• Lock the unit.
• Return the key to the lockbox.
• Return the parking pass to the condo.
• The cleaning team takes care of everything else.

• The lockbox is next to the main entrance of Unit 325.
• Your reservation-specific PIN is sent within 48 hours before arrival. For security, it is never posted on this page.

3. Hold Open and lift off the cover.

• Make sure the cable box is powered on, or that your device is ready to cast.
• Use the Samsung TV remote or the cable-box remote's Input / Source button to switch between inputs.
• HDMI assignments can change between stays — cable is commonly on HDMI 1 and Chromecast on HDMI 2, but try both to find the one you want.
• Connect your device to the IOB 325 Wi-Fi network before casting — see Wi-Fi.

• The wall-mounted air conditioner is controlled with a remote.
• Point the remote directly at the unit.
• Keep Mode set to Auto and Fan set to Auto.
• Choose whatever temperature is comfortable for you.
• Startup can take 5–10 minutes.
• Turn the AC off whenever the lanai door is open.
• Close the lanai door when you leave the unit.

• Keep the screen closed when the lanai door is open, to keep insects out.
• HOA rules prohibit hanging towels on the railing.
• Use the wall-mounted towel rack instead.

• Oceanfront studio with a king bed.
• Lanai with views of the Royal Coconut Coast.
• Kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, and a mini-fridge/freezer.
• In-unit hotel safe.

• A rental car is the most practical way to explore Kauai.
• Major rental car agencies are available at Lihue Airport (LIH).

• The resort is approximately 15 minutes by car from the airport.

• Coconut Marketplace — across the street.
• Lava Lava Beach Club — next door, accessible from the beachfront.

• Wi-Fi won't connect: double-check that you selected IOB 325 and entered the password exactly as shown. The password is case-sensitive — see Wi-Fi.
• TV has no picture: make sure the cable box is powered on, then use the Input/Source button to switch between HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 — see TV & Chromecast.
• Chromecast isn't showing up: make sure your device is connected to IOB 325 before you try to cast.
• AC doesn't feel cold right away: startup can take 5–10 minutes; confirm the lanai door is closed and Mode/Fan are set to Auto — see Air Conditioning.
